Came when it was suppose too. Simple to put together
Directions were limited and basic. Seems flimsy, hope it holds weight better than it looks.
The foundation is too weak. I ended up having to use bricks to strengthen the flooring. NO STRONGER THAN A COKE CAN!!
First, you MUST have a level base upon which to sit this foundation kit. Don't try to put it directly on the ground, as any settling will cause it to bend under weight. Best to put it on LEVEL cement/concrete. It did NOT take "minutes" to put together, as the description states. Aligning each cross bar is more difficult as you install others, and you may have to adjust it to be "square" before putting the floor on it - but it is fairly simple to put together (just not as easy as described) It is NOT a floor. You need to buy wood flooring. Because the cross bars only go in one direction, it is MUCH easier for the wood flooring to sag under weight. That is probably the worst part about this. I would rather have just used the raised concrete as the flooring. We've had this for more than a year, and our flooring is VERY uneven now. Because we live in a humid environment, we get lots of insects entering and nesting in between the floor and the concrete, in the crossbar gaps. We have to regularly treat & spray the entire floor to keep the bugs from over-running the shed. Our previous shed was a Rubbermaid with it's own flooring, and we never had that problem. When we purchased it, there were no reviews. We mistakenly thought this was necessary for the shed.
Terrible item. Not at all as sturdy and secure as stated. Parts are not measured to exact specificay. Very disappointed
The kit did not come with all the peices required. There were no nuts, bolts or washers. I would say a third of the needed track was missing. Don't wast your money, use pt 2x4s for floor.
